The Super Benriner Vegetable Slicer No. 95 is the ultimate mandoline for the home cook or the professional! This durable yet lightweight slicing device has a 95mm wide cutting surface suitable for all but the largest vegetables. This surface is specially grooved to help maintain a smooth slicing motion while you work and to allow juices to drain away. The underside features a highly precise thickness adjustment wheel and a non-slip foot to stabilise the slicer on your benchtop.
The No. 95 vegetable slicer also comes with three removable julienne blades – Coarse, Medium, and Fine. All the blades included with this slicer, including the main cutting blade, can be replaced.
The Fine julienne blade is great for whipping up quick and elegant vegetable garnishes to add that professional touch to your next dish. The Medium julienne blade is the best choice for cutting vegetables for a stir fry. The Coarse julienne blade is ideal for creating chunky pieces of your favourite fruits and vegetables.
