While shopping at The Scullery Kerikeri online you are subject to the website Terms and Conditions which should be reviewed before placing your order. We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions without notice and as a result you should review them each time you make a purchase from The Scullery Kerikeri online.
We make every effort to accurately and honestly present products and information to our customers. If you have noticed any unintended misinformation or errors we apologize and would invite you to bring them to our attention.
Product images are presented as the most accurate depictions of the actual product as is possible. We cannot guarantee however that the view you see of them may not always be accurate due to differences in the equipment you may be viewing items on. The descriptions and information supplied is true to the product at the time of publication.

The Scullery Kerikeri is the trading name of The Scullery Bay of Islands, a New Zealand owned and registered company in New Zealand for the purposes of trading in New Zealand. The company postal address is 3 Fairway Drive, Kerikeri 0230 and the company physical address 3 Fairway Drive, Kerikeri 0230. The name that will appear on your receipt or statement will be The Scullery Kerikeri.
Purchasing
Payment Options.
Payments can be made via the DPS Secure Credit Card facility or by Direct Credit using Internet Banking from your personal bank account to The Scullery Kerikeri account details provided. Please include your order number and surname in the Reference Fields. All orders will be despatched once payment has been confirmed.
The Scullery Kerikeri gives customers convenient, easy and secure shopping. Products displayed on this site can be purchased using the online Mastercard and Visa transaction facilities through a secure connection or by direct credit to our bank account.
Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. Should this occur with any item you have ordered we will contact you prior to despatch. From time to time we may have Gifts with Purchase or Special Pricing that are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel or amend these without notice. If this situation arises we will contact you prior to delivery to discuss the options which can include a refund.
Order confirmation and invoices are automatically delivered via email and records of previous transactions are available from the website once securely logged in as a customer.
Delivery
The Scullery Kerikeri offers delivery New Zealand wide. We are not currently able to offer international delivery but we are able to take orders from overseas for delivery to a NZ address.
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by The Scullery Kerikeri to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.
Delivery charges are a flat rate of $10 nationally excluding Waiheke and Stewart Islands. Delivery of oversize or overweight items or delivery to addresses other than within the North or South Islands may incur additional delivery charges that are not included in the delivery price shown in the website shopping cart but you will be contacted by The Scullery Kerikeri prior to dispatching the order should this be the case.
If you do not agree to the additional fees you will have the option to cancel your order and any payment already made will be refunded once cleared by our bank.
Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason please contact us at contact@thescullerykerikeri.co.nz or phone us on 09 407 9500 to discuss your concerns.
Where your order has arrived and is damaged you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item by either phone or email. Any item damaged in transit we will replace or credit. Replacements will be subject to stock availability and if there are any delays we will keep you informed. If any delays become unacceptable you may choose to receive a credit instead.
If you decide to return your item/s please ensure that they are returned in their original, unused condition including the original packaging that is suitable for resale. The return needs to get to us within 7 days of your advice to us by either email or phone that you intend to return it.

The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.

Goods sold by The Scullery Kerikeri are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) of 1993 (New Zealand).
