Description
The Moka Induction preserves iconic design elements such as the distinctive octagonal design, while the innovative bi-layer steel and aluminium base allows for use on all cooktops including induction. The Moka Induction is constructed from stainless steel and food-grade aluminium, and also includes a sturdy stay-cool silicone handle and knob, and Bialetti’s patented safety valve.
To produce an authentic espresso in minutes, simply fill the bottom with water add your favourite espresso ground coffee to the funnel and gently heat on your stovetop. Please note, the cup size refers to an espresso cup which is approximately 30mls.
TIP: The Moka Express works on a pressure system. To get the best results, make as much coffee as it is designed to produce. If it says 6 cups, make 6 cups!
