Sleek and modern in its design, the Aachen Salt Mill from Zassenhaus boasts a high quality ceramic grinding mechanism for a smooth, consistent grind every time. The grind is easy to adjust from very fine to very coarse – simply twist the grind selector at the base of the mill to choose from six grind settings.

Use and Care:
Always grind clockwise – don’t grind anti-clockwise and don’t grind back and forth as this will damage the mechanism.
To get the best results, we strongly recommend using dry white rock salt suitable for grinders. Flaky salt is not meant for use in salt mills and pink salt is not suitable for most mechanisms. Check the packet to see if your salt is sold as “suitable for grinders”.
Note: Do not attempt to twist the grind selector directly from Setting 1 to Setting 6 as this will unscrew the bar! Turn the grind selector anti-clockwise from Setting 1 to Setting 6 and back again.
