Sleek and modern in its design, the Aachen Pepper Mill from Zassenhaus boasts a high quality ceramic grinding mechanism for a smooth, consistent grind every time. The grind is easy to adjust from very fine to very coarse – simply twist the grind selector at the base of the mill to choose from six grind settings.

Use and Care:
Always grind clockwise – don’t grind anti-clockwise and don’t grind back and forth as this will damage the mechanism.
To get the best results, we strongly recommend using dry black peppercorns suitable for grinders. Green, red, and pink peppercorns are softer than black peppercorns and may not grind properly with this mill.
Note: Do not attempt to twist the grind selector directly from Setting 1 to Setting 6 as this will unscrew the bar! Turn the grind selector anti-clockwise from Setting 1 to Setting 6 and back again.
