MAC’s most popular knife range, the Professional Series features a thin blade for finer, faster cuts and an added bolster on the handle for better weight and balance. This chef’s knife also features an elevated handle which is slightly angled upwards to give you better clearance between your hand and the board.
The weight of the bolster in combination with the fine blade makes this knife extremely well balanced in your hand while using a proper chef’s grip, allowing you to cut through most foods with minimal effort. The MAC Professional Series Chef’s Knife is made with their proprietary Superior steel, which has been tempered at sub-zero temperatures for better edge retention.

Do not use this knife to cut through bones or frozen foods as this will damage the edge and potentially chip the blade.
Do not wash in dishwasher, as this may cause corrosion of the blades. To clean, run under hot water with a small amount of detergent and dry thoroughly.
