First made in 1901, the Mason Cash mixing bowls have been loved by generations of cooks and bakers. Their famous earthenware bowls have been designed to be light enough to hold in one arm while mixing, but sturdy enough to use on the countertop. Perfect for home bakers, these bowls feature a proud rim and a textured exterior that helps with gripping and tipping, while the wide shallow shape allows for kneading within the bowl. Each bowl has a high gloss glaze which provides a chip resistant finish.
The Size 12 bowl measures 29 x 14cm with 4.0 litre capacity. This size is perfect for all manner of recipes for dough, pastries, cakes, and biscuits.
