The Cuisipro fine rasp is ideal for zesting citrus fruits, grating parmesan, garlic, nutmeg and cinnamon. The larger surface area makes for faster grating!
Cuisipro rasps and graters feature the exclusive “Surface Glide Technology.” The grating surface is etched with special grooves spread evenly across the face of the blade. The grooves reduce resistance so grating is smoother. They also increase the length of each individual blade so the cutting surface is increased, meaning more efficient grating!
Both graters and rasps feature a non-slip base and a plastic cover that doubles as a measuring device.
