Crafted from beautiful hardwoods, Peer Sorensen serving boards have been treated to preserve the soul and individuality of the wood, allowing the colour and beautiful grain of the timber to flourish and shine. Wood is an ideal material for cutting and serving boards. Timber is gentler on knives than glass or stone, and with its natural anti-bacterial properties, it’s more hygienic than plastic. Peer Sorensen boards are durable enough to endure the knocks and bumps of daily household use.

Peer Sorensen has been making wooden chopping boards for over 40 years. Founded in 1981, the original boards were made from precious Tasmanian hardwoods. With changing tastes and to minimise the impact on the environment, the boards are now made from fast-growing hardwoods and bamboo.
