Constructed from mirror polished stainless steel, the impact bonded base provides fast and even heat distribution. The pan comes equipped with a tempered glass lid and six lift-out non-stick poaching cups for easy cooking and clean-up. The stainless steel insert can be removed if you want to use this as a saute pan.
