The Marcato Tacapasta Pasta Drying Rack is the perfect accessory for drying home-made long pasta such as spaghetti and lasagna sheets. This rack guarantees your pasta will dry properly, giving it a shelf-life of about 1 month. Its highly efficient design means you can dry up to 2kg of pasta in a space less than 50cm across! It features three legs with non-slip feet to give your rack perfect stability.
The Tacapasta Pasta Drying Rack opens out like a fan – simply turn the central knob at the top and the 16 solid polycarbonate arms wheel around, ready for use. The central column holds a multi-purpose wand which is perfect for picking up your fresh pasta and hanging it on the rack.
When your pasta is dry, simply turn the central knob back again and the rack folds up for easy storage. The legs can be folded back and pushed up to save space.
