Like all Scanpan Impact cookware, it features a cast stainless steel handle that is designed to stay cooler for longer, with internal stainless steel rivets for added strength, and a drip-free pouring rim to minimise mess.
Scanpan Impact cookware features a thick impact bonded base that provides optimal heat transfer and retention. The interior cooking surface is made of 18/10 stainless steel for easy cleaning and maximum stain resistance, while the cooking base has an 18/0 stainless steel surface, making Scanpan Impact cookware suitable for all heat sources, including induction.
