When substituting LorAnn flavours for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
This flavour will cause some thickening in chocolates and coatings; add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth. This flavour is also appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typically use is ¼ – ½ teaspoon per 500g of chocolate or coating).
