This smooth rolling pin is perfect when working with smaller pieces of fondant. The non-stick surface makes handling fondant easy – just dust your work surface with icing sugar, roll out your fondant, then use the fondant rolling pin to move the fondant from your work surface to the cake. The easy-to-use guide rings also make it easy to achieve consistent thickness, whether you’re rolling out fondant, cookie dough, gum paste, or pastry. The rolling pin rings come in two sizes (1/8 in. and 1/16 in.) and are colour-coded for easy identification.
