The PME Modelling Tool is extremely useful for working with various edible masterials. Use the scalpel blade for cutting strips and shapes out of sugarpaste, marzipan, and fondant, and the ribbon insertion blade for securing thin strips of ribbon into soft icing to create the effect of threading.
