Manufactured from 18 gauge anodized aluminum and a commercial stainless steel latch and buckle, these springforms are designed for a lifetime of use. The bottom is elevated and is wider than the pan, providing a guaranteed seal every time. Simply set the pan on the pedestal base bottom, latch, and bake! The anodized aluminum provides a superior baking surface that bakes evenly and cools faster, minimizing cracking.
