Description
This sturdy chrome wire cake cooling rack allows your freshly baked cakes and cupcakes to cool to perfection. By placing your cake pan on the cooling rack straight out the oven, you allow the pan to cool faster and prevent your cake from overbaking in the residual heat in the pan.
For sponge cakes, lay three tea towels over the top of the cooling rack to prevent the grid marks on the bottom of your sponge.
