Description
The Avanti Large Pastry Docker can be used to make evenly spaced holes in your dough to properly aerate the crust. Aerating the crust avoids steam build-up and prevents the pastry or dough from cracking during baking.
Docking wheel measures 11cm wide.
Hand washing recommended.
