Pie weights are essential for blind baking which prevents your pastry from blistering and shrinking. These pie weights (also known as baking beads) are made from an unglazed ceramic which will ensure even heat distribution for superb results.
Each jar contains 600g of baking beads.
Rinse clean and dry thoroughly before returning pie weights to the jar. Detergent may be used if the weights are oily or greasy.
