The DMT Fine Diamond Sharpening Steel combines the fast sharpening performance of diamonds with the convenience of the traditional steel. This diamond sharpening steel has a hygienic black plastic handle with a wide guard for added safety, and a handy ring for hanging storage.

You can use this steel with or without water. DMT’s monocrystalline diamond surface sharpens knives faster than conventional whetstones!

Note: As this is a sharpening steel it should only be used when the knife is blunt, and not for regular honing of the knife edge.
