The Zassenhaus Buenos Aires Coffee mill features a high performance ceramic burr grinder with a planetary gear for quick and easy grinding. The special gearing mechanism has a ratio of 2.5:1 which significantly reduces the effort required for grinding. The coarseness of the grind can be easily adjusted with a simple turn of the knob on the grinding mechanism.
