Description
The Avanti Coffee Tamper is lightweight and easy to use. Its polished cast aluminium body has two tamping heads – 50mm and 55mm – which will be suitable for most coffee machines and stovetop espresso makers.
Tamping your coffee makes the water in your coffee maker work harder to saturate the coffee grounds and extract as much flavour as possible. It also means that the coffee has an even surface for the water to flow through, ensuring an even flavour.
