Each mill measures 18.5cm tall.
These mills feature Cole & Mason’s Precision mechanisms: a hardened carbon steel mechanism for pepper, and a diamond sharpened ceramic mechanism for salt. The diamond sharpened mechanism creates a smooth and even turning motion and can be used with the hardest of salts, including rock salt. The pepper mill features the new Precision+ grinding mechanism. Designed for optimum efficiency, the Precision+ mechanism releases 40% more ground pepper with every turn. The hardened carbon steel mechanism for pepper does not crush peppercorns, but strips them to consistently release maximum flavour with each turn.
To adjust the coarseness of your grind, twist the knob on the base of the mill.
These mills come pre-filled.
To maximise the life of your mills, ALWAYS grind clockwise. Grinding anti-clockwise is not effective, and grinding back and forth will damage the mechanism.
