‘Shore Life’ is a contemporary collection by Lynn Horrabin, featuring an array of delighful pastel-coloured seaside sights. In this design, a cluster of colourful fishing boats rests amongst rolling waves and a school of well-educated fish.
Named after the tiny island of Bute off the western Scottish coast, the Bute is a sweetly traditional shape with straight sides and a gently flaring lip. This shape is very pleasant to drink out of and the handle is a generous size for a comfortable hold.
Nestled in the rolling hills of the Staffordshire countryside is the Dunoon factory. Each Dunoon mug is created from fine bone china, made using traditional methods that have been developed and refined over three generations since 1974. The expert craftsmanship and outstanding design quality ensures that each mug is of the highest quality and represents the best of genuine English pottery.
