Description
The Shun Combination 300/1000 whetstone features a coarse 300 grit side for restoring damaged edges and incredibly blunt knives and a 1000 grit side for regular sharpening and maintenance.
Shun recommend a grinding angle of approximately 15° when sharpening Shun knives.
