The Global Minosharp sharpener features two ceramic wheels – rough pink and fine white – for quick and easy sharpening at a 15° angle. This sharpener has been tested and approved by CATRA, the foremost authority on knife sharpening techniques, based in Sheffield, England.
This sharpener is also suitable for use with other knife brands.
