Their famous earthenware bowls have been designed to be light enough to hold in one arm while mixing, but sturdy enough to use on the countertop. Perfect for home bakers, these bowls feature a proud rim and a textured exterior that helps with gripping and tipping, while the wide shallow shape allows for kneading within the bowl. Each bowl has a high gloss glaze which provides a chip resistant finish.
The Size 18 bowl measures 26 x 12cm with 2.7 litre capacity. This size is perfect for smaller recipes for dough, pastries, cakes, and biscuits.
