Growing your own sprouts has never been easier than with GoodLife freestanding mesh sprouting lid. The freestanding lid allows easy draining of water for growing sprouts in jars. Simply add your favourite sprouting seeds to the jar, fill with water and flip upside down! Leave it to drain in the sink or in a dish on the bench. We recommend giving your sprouts a good rinse twice a day in water, and don’t be afraid to shake them around the jar to get air through.
These lids are designed to fit on GoodLife 1 litre and 500ml Jars and will fit most 86mm wide mouth glass jars (BALL, AGEE Special, and Golden Harvest Jars).
