The Dexam Burger Press makes compact patties that cook more evenly than hand formed patties. Making your own patties lets you blend your choice of meats, vegetables, and herbs and spices to create unique combinations free of additives and preservatives.
Place your burger mixture on the draining plate in the base, press down with the handle plate, then pop the draining plate out again – simple!
Creates 11cm burger patties.
Dishwasher safe.
