It can feel impossible to get a pot to simmer on a gas stove but the Avanti Simmerchef Diffuser makes it simple!
Bring your pot to the boil, turn down the heat and place the plate “bumps up” on the element.
If you have an induction stove, place the plate “bumps down” on the element.
Do not attempt to bring your pots to the boil while the plate is on the element.
