The Avanti EggPoach Cradle Set makes poaching eggs easy! Each cradle is a flexible non-stick silicone vessel that floats on simmering water while eggs cook. Simply bring a pan of 4cm of water to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Coat the inside of the cradle lightly with oil, crack your egg into the cradle, float the cradle in the simmering water and cover the pan with a lid. Once cooked, flip the cradle inside out to release the domed egg.
