The Appetito Egg Separator lets you easily separate the egg white from the yolk cleanly and quickly. This egg separator features a small hook that allows you to sit the separator on top of a cup or small bowl.
To double the volume when beating egg whites, add one teaspoon of cold water for each egg white.
If you happen to get a little egg yolk in your white, simply dampen a small piece of cloth in cold water and touch the cloth to the yolk. The cloth will act like a magnet and draw the yolk from the white like magic.
