The Chasseur Crepe Pan is the perfect way to cook fluffy golden brown crepes, pikelets, and pancakes. The wide flat cooking surface features a low rim to ensure no batter spills over the edge of the pan. The cast iron construction ensures even heating across the pan for consistent results. The pan also comes with a wooden batter spreader for quick and even distribution of the batter, and a special crepe spatula to make folding the crepe simple.
