Coppernox saucepans have an 18/10 heavy duty stainless steel body with a drip-free pouring rim. The inner surface has a mirror polished finish with capacity markings. This range features an impact bonded base constructed with a layer of copper sandwiched between twin layers of aluminium. This design ensures fast even heating across the entire base.
The lid and handles have built-in silicone inserts for a safe and comfortable grip, and the drip-free rim makes for easy pouring.
Suitable for use on all hobs including induction.
Oven safe to 220°C.
2.5 litre capacity.
