The secret of Scanpan’s Coppernox range lies in its impact bonded base – the base features a layer of copper for rapid and even heat distribution as well as better energy efficiency. And to help with heat retention and eliminating hot spots, the copper layer is sandwiched between two layers of aluminium. This combination provides optimal heat diffusion and control.
Each saucepan features cast stainless steel handles with soft touch silicone inserts for safer handling and a comfortable grip, as well as internal capacity markings. Scanpan Coppernox cookware is made with high quality mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel for stunning looks and superb durability. The sturdy lid has a stainless steel rim and a tempered glass insert that allows you to view the cooking process without losing that crucial heat.
