What’s more, the lid also has a TransTherm base so you can flip it over and use it as a shallow pan on your stovetop or in the oven.
This roasting pan comes with a free WMF Meat Thermometer so you can ensure any cut of meat is cooked to perfection. The colour contrasting dial and temperature markings make the thermometer easy to read
