The easy-to-use design features two sliders on the handle to lock and unlock the lid, while the handle can be completely removed with one click for cleaning.
A cooking indicator allows you to easily monitor the cooking process. The indicator has two cooking levels: one, perfect for tender vegetables, fish and poultry; the other, ideal for hearty meats, potatoes and stews. The pot can only be opened when the cooking indicator has fully retracted back into the handle.
Every WMF Perfect Pressure Cooker is made from high-quality Cromargan® stainless steel and features WMF’s famous TransTherm® universal base, for fast and efficient heat conduction and compatibility with all stovetops including induction. Use and Care
Before first use, carefully read the User’s Manual included.
The base is dishwasher safe, though handwashing is recommended. Do not put the lid in the dishwasher without first removing the silicone seal and the handle. Avoid using abrasive detergents or scouring pads.
