This ingenious valve tells you when to reduce or increase the pressure to maintain the optimal pressure level. The lid has an ergonomic heat-resistant Bakelite handle that makes it simple to lock the lid into place for cooking.

The base is dishwasher safe, though handwashing is recommended. Do not put the lid, valve assemblies, or silicone sealing ring in the dishwasher. Avoid using abrasive detergents or scouring pads.
