Description
Home-made ravioli is made quick and easy with the Marcato Ravioli Tablet. Made of solid food-grade anodised aluminium, this tablet allows you to prepare up to 10 ravioli at a time. The tablet comes with a removable polycarbonate cutting device, and a rolling pin. The rolling pin is made of anodised aluminium and features internal ball bearings that ensure a smooth rolling action and help to reduce the amount of effort needed.
To use, place your dough on the removable polycarbonate cutting surface, and press gently down on the dough to form indentations. Put the filling in the indentations, place the second sheet of dough over the top, and use the rolling pin to seal the two halves of the ravioli together. Then pick up the cutting surface and turn out your fresh ravioli!
Each ravioli produced measure 5cm square.
