Description
Scanpan’s HaptIQ cookware series is the only option for those who demand the best in their kitchen. Its sublimely sleek profile, combined with the outstanding Stratanium+ surface, make this the ultimate range in non-stick cookware.
HaptIQ cookware has a composite 5-ply construction for maximum durability and heat conduction. The mirror polished stainless steel exterior is as strong as it is beautiful, while the multi-layered aluminium core ensures incredibly efficient heat conduction and eliminates warping. The ergonomic stainless steel handles resist heat and are securely riveted for a secure grip while you cook.
HaptIQ was created with the revolutionary Stratanium+ non-stick coating, developed by SCANPAN alongside some of the world’s top chefs. This coating has 30% better food release and durability than Scanpan’s previous market-leading non-stick coating. Because of its incredible non-stick properties, HaptIQ cookware can be used with less fats and oils!
Stratanium+ is completely PFOA and PFOS free for healthier cooking.

Care Instructions:
To get the best life out of your HaptIQ pan, remember to heat the pan gently to a medium heat for a few minutes before using your chosen fat or oil. Do not use an aerosol spray as these burn easily at lower temperatures and will reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick coating.
Overheating is not covered by the product warranty. Non-stick pans are best used at a low to medium heat.
Scanpan recommends handwashing to extend the life of the non-stick surface. Leave the pan to cool for 5 minutes before washing in hot soapy water. Use non-stick friendly scourers such as the Scrub Daddy. Do not use Goldilocks, Brillo pads, or Scotch Brite pads or similar products.
10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
