Create your own delicious cannoli at home with the Avanti Cannoli Moulds. Made from durable stainless steel, these moulds will ensure your cannolis hold their shape while they cook. The stainless steel construction ensures years of fuss-free use.
To use, simply cut a 12cm circle of dough, wrap it around the greased mould and seal by brushing a little egg yolk on the overlapping edge. Drop the cannoli in hot oil and cook until golden brown. Once cooled, gently remove the tube and fill with desired filling.
Hand washing recommended.
