Fat Daddio’s Anodised Pie Pans are ideal for sweet and savory pies. Preferred by professionals, these pans are measured rim to rim and are slightly deeper than traditional pie pans at 4cm deep. A flat 1.5cm wide rim allows for easy handling while creating beautiful crusts. The anodised aluminium body is non-reactive and safe for citrus-based foods. Anodised aluminium gives you rapid and even heating for better baking results. It’s also lightweight and extremely durable to ensure years of reliable baking! And because they’re freezer safe, Fat Daddio’s pie pans are also great for no-bake and freezer pies.
