LorAnn’s Lemon Bakery Emulsion uses natural lemon essential oil to impart a bright, bold citrus flavor – the aroma is heavenly! You can use it as a convenient substitute for lemon zest.
When substituting LorAnn emulsions for extracts, use 1 teaspoon of emulsion for 1 teaspoon of extract.
Use lemon emulsion instead of lemon zest in your recipes – just substitute 1/2 tsp. emulsion for 1 tsp. zest.
