Description
Tylose Powder is a hardening agent which, when added to fondant, creates a quick and simple version of gumpaste/modelling paste. When using fondant to model figures, flowers, and delicate shapes, it’s important to add tylose powder so that the fondant sets hard.
Only mix the tylose powder into the fondant just before you use it. If you mix the powder into the fondant too early it will set hard before you are ready to use it.
