When substituting LorAnn flavours for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
This flavour is oil-soluble and suitable for flavouring fine chocolates and confectionary coatings. This flavour is also appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typically use is ¼ – ½ teaspoon per 450g of chocolate or coating).
