This mechanism does not crush peppercorns, but strips them to consistently release maximum flavour with each turn. The diamond sharpened ceramic mechanism cuts through the hardest of salts, including rock salt, to deliver your favourite salt with each grind.
To change the grind setting, simply twist the stainless steel collar on the mill to select your desired grind setting from 6 pre-selected settings.
To refill, simply pull off the cap.
To maximise the life of your mills, ALWAYS grind clockwise. Grinding anti-clockwise is not effective, and grinding back and forth will damage the mechanism.
