The Mason Cash Stainless Steel Flour Sifter is designed to make it quick and easy to sift flour and dust icing sugar. The trigger rotates the internal mechanism which breaks up lumps and aerates the flour for fluffier bakes, and makes short work of dusting cakes and cupcakes with icing sugar.
