Wilton Colour Gels give you a richer, more intense colour without watering down your icing. Simply add a small amount (just a drop!) and mix.
TIP: To achieve a rich red buttercream icing, start with pink buttercream, and then add the red until you are satisfied with the shade. You will use far less red gel if you mix it with the pink compared to using the red on its own.
