Wilton Colour Gels give you a richer, more intense colour without watering down your icing. Simply add a small amount (just a drop!) and mix.
TIP: To achieve a true black buttercream icing, start with a dark chocolate buttercream, then add the black gel. This is far more economical than using the black by itself.
